Terms of Service

1. What LottoSlip is

LottoSlip is an information and productivity tool. It publishes unofficial lottery draw results, calculates odds and costs from published game configurations, explains how the games work, and generates personal worksheets you can print or save.

By using LottoSlip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. No gambling services, no ticket sales, no money for play

LottoSlip is not a lottery, a licensed lottery retailer, a courier service, or an agent for any lottery. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept entries, place wagers, accept money for lottery play, or hold funds on your behalf. We never will under these terms.

A slip generated here is a worksheet. It has no monetary value, is not a lottery ticket, is not a receipt, and cannot win a prize. Only a ticket bought from a licensed retailer in the relevant jurisdiction can win anything.

You are responsible for buying your own tickets, in person, from a licensed retailer, and for complying with the law where you are.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, and at least 21 in states whose minimum playing age is 21 — currently Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana and Nebraska. You confirm your age at signup and we record the timestamp of that confirmation. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or letting a minor use your account, is a breach of these terms.

4. Accuracy, and the limits of it

Draw results shown here are unofficial. They are collected from third-party feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Odds, costs and expected returns are computed from game configurations that states change from time to time. Prize amounts and payout tables may be out of date or may be marked as generic defaults.

Always confirm winning numbers, prize amounts and rules with your state lottery before discarding a ticket or claiming a prize.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottoSlip and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any lost prize, missed draw, mistranscribed number, unclaimed ticket, or gambling loss, howsoever arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

6. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Provide a real email address, keep your credentials private, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to operate, promote, or facilitate any gambling business;
• present a LottoSlip worksheet as a lottery ticket, receipt, or winning claim;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute our results data as an official feed;
• upload photographs containing another person's identity documents or payment details;
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or evade rate limits;
• use the service where lottery play or this kind of tool is unlawful;
• use the service if you are under the applicable minimum age, or self-excluded.

8. Content you provide

Numbers, labels, photographs and notes you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process them so the service can work for you — for example, reading a photographed list into structured lines. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your photographs to train third-party models.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion removes your profile, slips, saved sets, scanned photos and derived lines. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you why.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change features or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and delete your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER], excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [VENUE PLACEHOLDER] have exclusive jurisdiction. These placeholders are to be completed by counsel before public launch; nothing here is legal advice.
